Information for Vendors
LARPcon welcomes vendors of LARP equipment and goods. There will be a special vendor area where participants of LARPcon can see the products offered by local vendors.
Cost
There is no cost to vending at LARPcon except the basic $25 per person entry fee for the convention. This fee not only allows you to vend but also participate in all activities of the convention.
Tables
Each vendor will receive a 4 X 8 foot picnic table to display their products. Additional tables may be rented for $25 per table.
Arrival
Vendors may arrive as early as 8am Saturday morning. Do not expect to be able to drive your car to the vendor area.
